  I took my friend who has a assistant dog with her. The man in the shop was extremely rude. He seemed upset, used offensive language, and demanded that my friend and her service dog leave. If I had seen all these reviews before, I wouldn't recommend this shop to my friend. She had planned to buy three cakes, but we left because he clearly wasn't in the mood to provide service. The worst retail and service in Australia!

  Ordered a decorated cake only to pick up not decorated. When asked about the decorations for that cake handed a container of 7 chocolates to decorate it myself. Very disappointed.

  This a review about the shop rather than cheesecake per se.
  Firstly, no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full, so one cannot leave a message.
  So, walked there today to have some queries answered regarding personalised cakes.
  The girl was super unhelpful. Apathy best describes her attitude and demeanour.
  Didn’t budge from behind the till even though there were no customers and the till was set back from the main display.
  Every query has a stock reply- it’s on our website.
  So I stood in the shop and browsed the website to find answers to which the website recommended I enquire the local shop.

  I had bought cakes from Cheesecake shop in different areas & it's good. But the fairy meadow shop has the least choices & stock. The man there (I don't know if he's the owner) is so rude. I thought he's being racist, but reading reviews now, I think everyone has the similar experience. Not nice.

  I got the cake for my 3 year old son’s birthday,by the time I got home, I took out the plastic cover and the cake shattered everywhere. It was a double strawberry chocolate cake and it wasn’t worth $50. We couldn’t serve it like normal cake because the cake was in a million pieces like crushed cake.
